Rail industry looks to rebuild passenger trust

The rail industry is trying to manage a crisis in trust and reliability as major works continue. At a conference of industry heads in Auckland, there's excitement around completing a rail rebuild and opening new networks, while at the same time confronting unhappy travellers. Maia Ingoe reports.
