Police have offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to a conviction for the murder of Arthur Easton 39-years ago. Tim McKinnel was part of the investigation team which helped uncover the police errors of the police that led to Hall's conviction. McKinnel and Alan's brother Geoff hall spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
