Lake Alice survivor on government redress payment

The government has confirmed a redress payout of $150,000 dollars for survivors of Lake Alice psychiatric hospital, or survivors can choose to go through arbitration to fight for more. Survivor Malcolm Richards spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
