Hastings' Splash Planet feels pinch of cool summer

It's been a bummer summer so far, and the normally sunny Hawke's Bay is not exempt. There have been 12,864 fewer visitors to Splash Planet, meaning a drop in revenue of $320,000. Hastings District Council's general manager of facilities Rebekah Dinwoodie spoke to Alexa Cook.
