Science Innovation and Technology Minister Judith Collins on changes to science sector

The group advising the government on overhauling the science sector is pleased most of its recommendations are being implemented. Key changes announced by Judith Collins include merging Crown Research Institutes, scrapping the Callaghan Innovation and removing the ban on gene technology.
