Three in court facing manslaughter charges over Loafers Lodge fire

Three people - a 70-year-old woman and two men aged 75 and 58 - have appeared in court facing manslaughter charges over the Loafers Lodge blaze in 2023, that left five people dead. Association of Building Compliance chief executive Trent Fernley spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
