Access between Whakatāne and Ōpōtiki cut off due to floods

Flooding and road closures have cut off access between Whakatāne and Ōpōtiki, causing major disruption. Whakatāne District Council local duty controller Nicholas Woodley spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
