Russia-Ukraine peace plan details leaked

Talks on ending the war in Ukraine have been held in Switzerland, after the details of a US-Russia 28-point peace plan were leaked. Correspondent in Geneva, Ross Cullen spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
