Singer-songwriter-guitarist Julia Deans started out in Wellington playing in Celtic rock band Banshee Reel before moving on to front popular rockers Fur Patrol, best known for the number one hit ‘Lydia’ in 2000.
After releasing three albums as Fur Patrol and moving to Melbourne to focus on a wider Australian audience, Julia then released her first solo album ‘Modern Fables’ in 2010 that featured the song ‘A New Dialogue’ an APRA Silver Scroll finalist from that year.
