A man wanted to take Disney World to court for wrongful death, after his wife died of an allergic reaction after a trip to the theme park.
But Disney is trying to dismiss the claim, saying the husband signed away his rights to bring a lawsuit against Disney when, years prior, he agreed to the terms and conditions as part of setting up a Disney+ account.
