So often disabled artists and performers lack the opportunity to express their talents.
Hank Snell is a NZ-based Canadian filmmaker who works with youth with disabilities, giving them that opportunity.
He's also chair of InterActing Disability Theatre which runs InterAct Festival in Auckland which started earlier today and runs until Friday.
