Jarvis Cocker was keen to visit while he was in New Zealand on tour, but Orientation Week meant that all the accommodation was booked out.
But never fear, local Bruce Mahalski stepped in and offered the singer and his guitarist Jason Buckle three nights at the Dunedin Museum of Natural Mystery.
