Hastings offenders on community work replace graffiti with murals in Napier. Ren Hardgrave holds a Diploma in Visual Arts and Design and works as a community work supervisor at Hastings and Flaxmere Community Corrections sites. Ren has been working with offenders on community work to turn graffiti into art and images around the shopping centres and under the bridges in Hawke’s Bay.
