Advocating for tamariki

The country's first Assistant Māori Commissioner for Children Glenis Philip-Barbara talks with Kathryn Ryan about her  dreams for tamariki Māori.

Ms Philip-Barbara was appointed to the newly created role last week. She is from Ngāti Porou and Ngāti Uepōhatu and has worked in the public and community sector for more than 30 years.
