Immigration NZ implementing all recommendations of review

Immigration New Zealand is again apologising after admitting making mistakes in its handling of two sensitive cases this year. The department commissioned a review of its deportation processes after being criticised for detaining the stepfather of murdered schoolgirl Karla Cardno. It also tried to deport a woman after she reported a serious crime.
