Police and NZ Bus are today continuing their investigations into a racist tirade unleashed on two men of Arabic appearance.
On Wednesday, a man got on a bus in a Wellington suburb and verbally attacked the men, telling them to go back to their own countries.
He then told a woman who stood up for them that he would attack her.
NZ Bus Chief Operating Officer for the Southern Region Tonia Haskell said NZ Bus was talking with police today.
She said racist behaviour was not allowed on NZ Bus services and a trespass order against the man was being considered as part of the investigation.
