A woman has been found dead at her home in Avondale which police say had been burgled.

Police were called to the home in St George's Road shortly before 4pm yesterday.
Acting Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Franich said they were investigating her death.
"Police believe there had been a burglary at the address however we are still treating the death as unexplained," he said.
"We have no evidence at this point to link the burglary and death of this woman however we are keeping an open mind as our investigation progresses.
"We are carrying out a thorough investigation and will know more once a post mortem has been carried out in the following days.
"Police still need to make a number of enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding this incident."
Mr Franich said officers were supporting the deceased woman's family.
