Kamal Reddy strangled Pakeeza Yusuf with the cord of an iron in 2006, and used a pillow to kill her daughter Jojo.
The bodies were only discovered in 2014 - eight years after their deaths - when Reddy confessed to undercover officers during a "Mr Big" police investigation.
He was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum non-parole period of 21 years.
The Court of Appeal today dismissed his appeal against his conviction.
