Police have upgraded charges against a 31 year old man, in relation to a death in west Aucklander over the weekend.

David Keith Yates, 65, was found dead at a house on Candia Road in Swanson on Saturday morning.
A man charged with assault, now faces a murder charge.
He is due to appear in the Waitakere District Court tomorrow.
The police are not seeking anyone else in connection with Yates' death.
