Police are at the scene of an unexplained death in the Wellington suburb of Tawa.
Emergency services were called to an address in Tremewan Street shortly before midnight on Tuesday.
A guard was at the property overnight and CIB were to carry out a scene examination at the property on Wednesday morning.
Police gave no further details.
