A man is being spoken to by police in relation to "non-specific threatening comments" made on social media.
A vehicle of interest was later stopped on State Highway 20B, which briefly blocked one lane.
Police were armed as a precaution, but both occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody without incident.
Charges will be considered, police said.
