Fire and Emergency says a fire truck and a fire investigator are still responding to a property fire in the East Auckland suburb of Cockle Bay.
FENZ Northern shift manager Lauren Sika said they received multiple 111 calls about a garage which went up in flames just before 2pm on Saturday.
Two fire stations, Howick and Otara, had responded to the intial blaze.
She said there had been no injuries.
