A post-mortem examination will take place on Thursday of a man found dead in an Auckland park.
Police said the man was discovered unresponsive at the Sir Woolf Fisher Park in Mt Wellington shortly before 2am on Wednesday.
The man was found 20 minutes after a burglar alarm went off at a nearby hardware store, but police were not yet sure if he was involved.
They were treating his death as unexplained and said enquiries into the burglary were also ongoing.
Police were also looking for another person in relation to the burglary.
