Oleksandr Usyk has beaten rival Tyson Fury to retain the unified world heavyweight championship in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Usyk won the rematch by unanimous decision (116-112, 116-112, 116-12) to keep a hold of the WBA, WBC and WBO belts he won off Fury in their first clash.

Usyk's speed and trademark left hand troubled Fury, who struggled to keep up with the Ukrainian's pace for all 12 rounds.

In the earlier fights, highly touted heavyweight prospect Moses Itauma knocked out Australian Demsey McKean in the first round.

Usyk's compatriot Serhii Bohachuk beat Ishmael Davis by TKO, and Johnny Fisher recorded a controversial split decision win over fellow Brit Dave Allen.
