NZ Kiwis are one win away from reclaiming the Pacific Cup, as they take on Toa Samoa at CommBank Stadium in Sydney.

Coach Stacey Jones has named an unchanged side for the final showdown, with 35-year-old playmaker Kieran Foran to play the last game of his 17-year professional career.

Kickoff is at 6.05pm.
