American Samoa's branch of the Republican Party has pledged all of its delegate votes to Donald Trump.
The New York businessman is the only candidate for the party's nomination to contest the United States presidency after Ted Cruz and John Kasich exited the race last week following a string of primary defeats.
The president of American Samoa's Republicans, Utu Abe Malae, said it was important the delegates, and the party, presented a united front ahead of the party convention in July, when a candidate would be formally nominated.
American Samoans are unable to vote in the United States general elections, but can participate in party nominating contests to select who will run for the presidency.
