A dominant first half laid the platform for Fiji's 64-57 victory over Singapore in last night's second netball test to seal a series victory with a game to spare.
After starting slowly in the opening test on Wednesday, the Pearls took control early to lead 17-12 after the first quarter at Our Tampines Hub, with the Toa Payoh Sports Hall still deemed not safe to play on.
Fiji won the second quarter by 10 goals to open up a 38-23 buffer by half-time and stretched their advantage to 16 goals entering the final term.
Hosts Singapore finished strongly, taking the final quarter 20-11 but the 14th ranked Fijians still held on for a comfortable seven goal victory.
Fiji won the first test by eight goals and will take on the Singapore Under 21s side this evening before wrapping up their three test series on Saturday.
Both Fiji and Singapore will then fly to Darwin to compete in the Arafura Games.
