Two Samoa Lands and Titles court judges, Sevealii Panapa Ve'e and Nanai Pologa Ioane, have been sacked.
A third judge, Lavea Siaosi Hazelman, is being reinstated on condition that he will end his judiciary career on 23 December.
That's the outcome of an inquiry by a three-member committee appointed by the judiciary commission to investigate a complaint against the judges.
A former Attorney General, Taulapapa Brenda Heather Latū, chaired the inquiry assisted by a retired church minister, Utufua Naseri, and a former senior Lands and Titles court registrar, Fata Meafou.
The chief executive of the Ministry of Justice and Courts Administration, Moliei Simi Va'ai, issued a statement but didn't disclose any details of the inquiry.
But she said on the advice of the judiciary service commission, the head of state, Tuimaleali'ifano Va'aleto'a Sualauvi II, had endorsed the decision.
