Sevens series leaders Fiji will face New Zealand, Uruguay and Kenya in their group at the Perth Sevens.
The Perth tournament starts 24 January.
Olympic champions France are in pool B alongside Spain, Great Britain and Ireland.
South Africa, who won the previous tournament in Cape Town, are in pool A with Australia, Argentina and the USA.
Paris silver medallists Fiji lead the standings on 36 points after winning the opening round of the series in Dubai and then finishing third in Cape Town.
Spain is a surprise second, ahead of France, South Africa and Argentina.
On the women's side, Fiji is in pool B for Perth, with Great Britain, Canada and the USA.
Women's series leaders New Zealand will face Japan, Ireland and Brazil in pool A.
World Rugby Sevens General Manager Sam Pinder said the opening two rounds showed it is all to play for on the pitch, with four different winners so far.
Last season, France were the men's champions and Australia the women's.
They won the new-format finals in Madrid - where the top eight ranked teams after six rounds competed to be crowned series champions.
Madrid will host a similar grand final for the current 2024-25 season and the 2025-26 season.
