The Fijian Drua has appointed Jeff Miller, a 1991 Rugby World Cup winner with Australia and a senior rugby administrator, as its new chief executive.
In a statement on Friday, the Fiji-based Super Rugby franchise said the Miller's appointment reflects the Drua Board's commitment to building a sustainable and high-performing organisation.
Miller will succeed Mark Evans, who completes his three-year term in December 2025, and will return to the United Kingdom.
The club said he is a highly accomplished executive with proven expertise in both elite sports administration and corporate leadership. His career achievements including serving as a World Cup-winning player and coach, chief executive officer and president of Queensland Rugby Union, and senior executive at Rugby Australia.
"His unmatched experience and leadership will guide the Drua into its next exciting phase of growth on and off the field," the clud said.
Miller said the Drua represents the heart and spirit of Fijian rugby, and he looks forward working with the Drua stakeholders to "deliver success for our loyal fans, and create pathways for future generations of Fijian talent".
"In just four years, the Fijian Drua has created a brand that unites an entire nation and excites rugby fans the world over. I plan to build on this as we take the Club to greater success for Fiji."
Fijian Drua chairman Brent Impey said Miller's arrival marks an exciting chapter for the club.
"His rare combination of rugby achievements and corporate leadership gives him the credibility and expertise to take our young Club to even greater heights.
Miller will officially start in the new role on 7 January 2026.
