The Waikato Rapids and the Suva Futsal Club were the winners on day two of the Oceania futsal men's champion's league, being held in Fiji.
Waikato beat Mataks FC 5-1, and Suva beat Gulf Komara Futsal Club 5-2.
Southern Legions FC and AS PTT had a 2-2 draw.
Matches continue on Tuesday afternoon, with a rest day on Wednesday.
Football
The Vanuatu football team defeated Fiji 2-0 in the men's competition at the Melanesian Cup tournament in Port Moresby on Monday.
Tied nil-all at halftime, the ni-Vanuatuans scored two goals on their way to victory.
In the women's competition, Fiji beat Solomon Islands 2-1.
Rugby
A new rugby trust in New Zealand aims to help young Fijian sportspeople navigate challenges as they chase their dreams on the sports field.
The Aotearoa Viti Rugby Development Trust has been set up to help young people of Fijian heritage in New Zealand to achieve their full potential as high-performance athletes, coaches, and professionals.
Chairman Sai Lelea said they are currently holding workshops with young Fijians between the ages of 13-18 years old.
He said they are committed to providing holistic development through advocacy, education, and mentorship.
League
Cook Islands rugby league coach Karmichael Hunt says they want to take some scalps at next year's World Cup.
The Aitu claimed the 10th and final berth at the 2026 World Cup after beating South Africa in a qualifier earlier this month.
Hunt said they are playing at the highest level and all they had been talking about is representing with pride.
Asked if the Aitu could be giant killers, Hunt said: "That's what our ancestors did".
