AGRIA POTATO HEAVEN! Recipe from Countdown's Grant Robinson
METHOD:
Leave the skin on potatoes
Gently scrub the potatoes clean in water
Stab potatoes with a fork and bake at 180 degrees celsius until cooked
Cool potatoes down and cut them in half.
Deep fry potatoes in oil of choice until crispy
Sprinkle with truffle oil
Sprinkle shaved Parmesan on top
