Frustration over new MIQ booking system

More than 31-thousand people tried to book some 3-thousand MIQ spots when the pause on new bookings was lifted yesterday morning. Needless to say, the vast majority missed out. One of them was Mike Moore, who's a travel technology consultant. He told our producer Matthew Theunissen he's been trying to get to the UK since his brother passed away suddenly in May.
