Kiribati pulls out of Pacific Islands Forum in Fiji

In Fiji, Pacific nations are gathering for the Pacific Island Forum with climate change and China's increasing presence in the region expected to feature prominently on the agenda. But getting things off to a bumpy start was the news yesterday that Kiribati will not be taking part in the forum because it feels sidelined by larger nations.
