National believes govt will release secret plans for tax

Despite a major new Inland Revenue report finding the country's ultra rich pay less than half the tax rate of the average person, Prime Minister Chris Hipkins insists there will not be a wealth or capital gains tax in this years Budget. But the Opposition continues to accuse the government of having some sort of secret plan to hit people with another tax. Nathan Rarere spoke with National's deputy leader Nicola Willis and asked what evidence she has of this.
