Reed player Colin Hemmingsen has been playing for over 30 years and in the last year has released 5 albums. He established New Zealand’s first jazz school where he is still senior lecturer and has complimentary careers in both the jazz and classical worlds. He discusses the elements of bringing his dual careers together, and interchanging between his many instruments.
