12:20 INTERVIEW: The Avalanches on their new album We Will Always Love You
It’s been 20 years since The Avalanches released their chart-topping, critically acclaimed album Since I left You. They famously took 16 years to release their follow up album Wildflower, the duo are finally back again with their brand new album We Will Always Love You.
The pair catch up with Charlotte via zoom to discuss the new release, and the incredible pressure they felt after the immense success of their first album.
1:10 INTERVIEW: Lontalius
Eddie Johnston, AKA Lontalius, is twenty three years old, but has already had an extensive music career. He spent two years in Los Angeles working on his second album before returning home to start work on his third –starting from scratch with the acoustic guitar in his childhood bedroom. He just released ‘Side 1’ of the new album – side 2 will be out next year.
Tony Stamp visited Eddie at Stebbings recording studio where he’s currently recording Side 2, to find out why he split the album in half, and learn more about his intense time in LA.
