Prince Philip's links with New Zealand/Aotearoa

The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip, was the senior most officer in New Zealand's Navy, Army and Air Force, and an Additional Member of the Order of New Zealand - his links to this country span decades. He accompanied the Queen on ten visits here, the first being in 1953, and the last in 2002.
