9:10 Scenes from the ceasefire in Gaza
There have been scenes of relief and jubilation in Gaza with Palestinians bursting into the streets to celebrate and return to the rubble of their bombed-out homes.
Three female hostages have been freed by Hamas and were reunited with their mothers inside Israel, as the first part of the ceasefire deal.
Over 1900 prisoners are still to be released, alongside the remaining Israeli hostages.

9:30 First openly gay All Black celebrates wedding
Former All Black Campbell Johnstone took a brave step in 2023 when he decided to come out.
He became the first and currently only openly gay person to have worn the famous jersey, and he hasn't looked back since.
His story has inspired other sportspeople globally, and recently, he tied the knot with his fiancé Ben Thomson at an extravagant ceremony.
They both join Anna Thomas.

Ever since the Edgeware outdoor pool in St Albans, Christchurch was torn down 18 years ago, locals have been pushing for its return.
Plans for a $3 million, three-pool facility have finally been approved, with plans for the pools to be open next summer.

Today's museum stop is for lovers of pottery and ceramics. Home to 1,100 works by New Zealand potters spanning decades, the Quartz Museum of Studio Ceramics in Whanganui is Aotearoa's only dedicated museum for studio ceramics. It was opened in 2015 by renowned studio potter Rick Rudd who tells Anna all about the collection.

The gender pay gap remains a persistent and prickly issue in New Zealand.
The gap stands at about 8.2 percent, meaning women earn on average 8.2 percent less than men for similar work.
For Māori and Pasifika women, the disparities are significantly larger - every one dollar a Pākehā man makes, a Māori woman makes $0.81 and a Pasifika woman just $0.79.
