Preparing for Te Matatini

Te Matatini is the national Kapa Haka festival, and it's being held from February 22nd - 26th in Hastings. It's a giant feat of logistics: 47 performing teams, 35,000 people in attendance and a further two million following the coverage on TV, radio and online. Carl Ross, the executive director of Te Matatini, can tell us what it takes to make this event sing.
