Most of us encounter the digital world every day through our mobile phones, computers, when we shop online or pay our bills. But are we a country with the skills to work in the digital realm? Justin Gray is the managing director at Datacom and he says despite the tech industry employing 114-thousand New Zealanders there is still a significant shortage of digital skills.
