Kiwi chefs are known for bringing a taste of home to some unlikely spots around the globe, and one that may be near the top of that list has to be Dallas.
Toby Archibald set up shop there at the end of 2022.
His restaurant Quarter Acre blends the iconic Kiwi dream and cuisine with local produce.
He also draws inspiration from the long list of places he worked prior to that, from New York to Toronto.
