On our road trip today we find out about the man who's made money his business.
He openly admitted that greed was once a big motivator, but now he's the industry disrupter with a social conscience.
Nine years ago he launched Simplicity, a low cost KiwiSaver provider, which now manages billions of dollars worth of funds and investment portfolios.
In 2023 he went a step further, launching the Simplicity Homes and Income Fund, aiming to build and finance 25,000 new homes nationally worth $12 billion in the next 10 to 15 years.
He joins Anna Thomas for a road trip, setting a course for the Coromandel, picking the tunes, and sharing his story.
