Police are investigating after three electric scooters caught fire in central Wellington overnight.
Several fire crews were called to Bond Street at about 12.20am, where firefighters extinguished the blaze.
Fire and Emergency said a sprinkler from a nearby building had also stopped the fire from spreading.
The cause of the fire remained undetermined.
